My journey in establishing a career as a professional artist began in 2003 and has taken me through many interesting twists and turns. Throughout, I have remained dedicated to growing my knowledge and skill in using art as a visual language to express ideas, emotion, and narratives for myself and my clients. Although I graduated with a degree in fine art from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, my talents and skills have been built almost entirely from the execution of many commissions, contracted projects, and from teaching and learning from other artists.
I currently work in traditional studio arts and digital arts as a portrait painter, graphic designer, digital painter, and as a muralist. I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to hold a wide range of occupations within the world of arts and culture. My past experiences include bronze casting foundry work, arts organization administration, gallery exhibitions, and creating urban street painting events to name a few.
